Eastpoint
On Sunday, I flew from my last WWOOF host to Halifax, the easternmost point of my entire trip. Halifax is a beautiful city with one of the longest histories in all of Canada.
It was really cool to be in Halifax and soak up so much history—not just from the city itself, but also from the Titanic, the Halifax Explosion, and Canada's migration history in the 20th century.
Highlights:
Sightseeing in Halifax
Peggy's Cove
Arrival at my longest-staying host's place.
There won't be as many highlights in the coming weeks. Since I'll have the same employer until mid-September, I'll be focusing more on posts about various things related to Canada. I'm not an expert in any one area; I just want to give you a glimpse. If you're interested in learning more, you'll have to experience it for yourselves.
Look forward to it!
